Brandon, Manitoba – PrairieCon is back again, for it’s 44th annual convention! The popular gaming convention is set to take place from May 23-25, 2025, at the Keystone Centre in Brandon, Manitoba.
PrairieCon has a convention theme every year, and this year the theme is: Western!
PrairieCon is a must-attend event for gaming enthusiasts in Manitoba. The tabletop gaming convention offers a unique opportunity to meet and socialize with fellow gamers, as well as try out new games and participate in tournaments. With a wide range of tabletop, board, card, and role-playing games available, there's something for everyone. So, whether you're a seasoned gamer or just starting, there will be plenty of options to keep you entertained. The convention will feature the annual Dungeons and Dragons tournament, a cosplay competition open to both adults and kids, a Warhammer 40k Pairs tournament, and the popular game auction! There will also be a plenty of vendors, and lots of fun to be had by all.
"It’s still early, but PrairieCon 44 is starting to look like it’ll be even bigger than last year," said James Hood, President of the PrairieCon Board. "We’re really excited to see how our western-themed event rolls out this year.”
